Executive Committee Meetings

The Executive Committee (EXCOM) meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm (except during the months of July and August). A light meal is usually provided. Section Officers, Committee Chairs and Society Chapter Chairs are expected to attend the EXCOM meetings. All members including Student Branch Representatives are welcome.

Items for the agenda should be submitted to the Section Chair prior to the meeting. Attendees should be prepared with written reports to be submitted to the Section Secretary for inclusion in the meeting minutes.

We currently do not have a regular EXCOM meeting location. See the Calendar of Events section for meeting locations each month.

Section Officer Training

Each year we have a Section Officer Training session for members of the EXCOM.

Finances

Reimbursement requests for Section/Chapter operating expenses should be submitted to the Section Treasurer using the Expense Reimbursement Request form.

Logos

Polo Shirts

The Seattle Section is having some polo shirts made with our logo, and you can get yours. Navy blue. Cost - $29 on pickup of shirt Please send your size to Joe Decuir ASAP – jdecuir@ieee.org if you want one. There is a womens style also.
