Executive Committee Meetings

The Executive Committee (EXCOM) meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm (except during the months of July and August). A light meal is usually provided. Section Officers, Committee Chairs and Society Chapter Chairs are expected to attend the EXCOM meetings. All members including Student Branch Representatives are welcome.

Items for the agenda should be submitted to the Section Chair prior to the meeting. Attendees should be prepared with written reports to be submitted to the Section Secretary for inclusion in the meeting minutes.

We currently do not have a regular EXCOM meeting location. See the Calendar of Events section for meeting locations each month.

Seattle Section Logowear

Interested in showing off your IEEE Seattle Section membership?

The Seattle Section has partnered with Land's End to allow members to order Land's End clothing and bags with the Seattle Section logo embroidered on it. The cost is just that of the item plus a $5.95 embroidery fee and there are no minimum order requirements.

We have setup a Seattle Section store on the Land's End web site. The Seattle Section logo has teal, yellow, white and red in it. We suggest avoiding these colors for your garment due to a lack of contrast. The logo has been ordered on dark blue shirts and looks very good. Dark grey and black should also look good.
