The Bellevue Hilton offers room rates of $89 (single/double) and $99 (quad) per night.
The Workshop room block expires: October 15, 2009.

| Exhibition: |
There will be a tabletop display exhibition on Friday, October 30 in the
ballroom adjacent to the technical presentation room. Continental
breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, and the reception with the speakers
will be located in the tabletop display area. A limited number of tabletop
displays are available on a first come, first served basis. Tabletop fees
start at $350 and include one full registration - that includes access to
the technical program, all meals, a program with the speaker presentations,

| Important Notes: |
The organizing committee reserves the right to substitute speakers, restrict
size, or to cancel IEEE Seattle - Wireless 2009. In the event the
organizing committee cancels this event, registration fees only will be
fully refunded. Individuals canceling their registration prior to September
30 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be made to individuals who
cancel their registration after September 30. Substitutions are allowed.
Attendance is limited. Registration will be confirmed on a first come,
first served basis.
