Timothy M. Moore, P.E., S.E. will deliver the keynote presentation. Mr.
Moore is a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer with the Washington State
Department of Transportation, and he will be discussing the Design and
Construction of the Third Tacoma Narrows Suspension Bridge, which opened
on July 15th, 2007. He has 22 years of experience as a structural
designer with the WSDOT Bridge & Structures Office, including 13 years
as project coordinator for numerous bridge design projects.
